Good to know
- Share costs, don't profit: in the UK, passengers paying a fair share of fuel is generally fine. Charging more than your costs can count as "hire and reward", which needs a licence and different insurance. Check your policy.
- London's Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) covers all London boroughs, and the Congestion Charge applies in central London. Both are charged per vehicle, not per passenger, so splitting the trip lowers each person's share. Check TfL for current charges.
- Agree the price and payment method (cash or bank transfer) before the trip. LinqRoad doesn't take payments or commission.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£ GBP) per seat, in UK time.
