LinqRoad is a carpool matching website. It connects people who are driving somewhere with people going the same way, so they can share the ride and split the cost. There's no account to create.
What LinqRoad is
- A free place to post a ride with empty seats, in a car or on a bike.
- A search that matches riders to rides starting and ending within about 25 km of where they need to be.
- Direct: riders contact and pay drivers themselves, with no middleman.
What LinqRoad isn't
- Not a taxi or ride-hailing service: drivers are people already making the trip.
- Not a payments platform: we never handle money or take commission.
- Not a social network: no profiles, followers or messaging inbox.
Our promise
- No account, sign-up, password or profile.
- We never ask for your email, ID documents or payment card.
- No in-app payments: riders pay the driver directly.
- No advertising or analytics trackers, and we never sell data.
- Place search runs through our server, so Google never sees your IP address.
